► After-salesService

‧  INS providescomprehensive after-sales service to protect the customers’ interests.

‧  Allreturn/ refund requests need to be completed within 7 days after receiving theproducts. Please check the product conduction right away once
   receiving the purchaseditems.
 

 
 

► Return policy

If one of thefollowing situations happens, buyers must keep the good’s condition as received,and contact us within seven days (including holidays) after receiving.

‧  Defective merchandise andwrong shipment:

   Buyers don’t need to worry.Please contact us as soon as possible and we will reship the correct items/items under good condition to you and the
   reshipping charge will be absorb byus.

‧  Replacement:

   Product can be replacedfor once and for the same item only. Buyer is responsible for all shippingcharges for replacement request.

‧  Return andrefund

   Buyers shall contactus for return/ refund request. Once we confirm receiving the returned shipmentand everything is alright, we will refund your
   payment to your bank/paymentaccount.




 
► Note

‧    Please send back the returned goods to theprovided address via registered mail. If using other shipping method, the extrashipping cost will be 
     absorbed by buyers.
‧    Returned items must be shipped back in the samepackage while receiving. Returned items cannot be used/ wore. All accessoriesor gift need to
     be returned as well. If there is anything missing, the returneditem will not be able to be exchanged or refunded.
‧    Cannot be accepted forreturn under following scenarios :

1、Commodity is damaged/ scratched/ dirty due toimproper usage or other human factors.
2、Commodity has been changedin size, shape, machining or polishing.

3、pre-order orcustomized items.

4、Except defectivemerchandise and wrong delivered shipments, buyer is responsible for allshipping charges and handling fee for other returned

        shipments (items are returneddue to preference change or other personal reasons.)

Reminder   ★  7 days was calculated from the shipment receivingdate. Any return request after 7 days of receiving is not acceptable.

                       ★  7 days after receivingis not trial period. All returned goods need to be maintained integrity withoriginal packaging and cannot be used.
